With the Spring Flower Show just around the corner, we’re busy preparing a fantastic line-up of features and exhibitions designed to inspire gardeners of all levels. From live demonstrations and Q&As on the Grow! Live Stage to expert advice from the Garden Advice Bureau, you’ll discover tips, tricks, and insights that might just help with the gardening questions you’ve been wondering about.
Here’s a quick look at some of the garden highlights in store this year — including stunning gardens, interactive workshops, and the chance to win an amazing prize to give your own garden a boost!

DISCOVER FRESH GARDEN IDEASThis year’s Show brings together three inspiring garden design categories, each offering a different take on outdoor spaces.
The Show Gardens explore big ideas – from tranquil water-led retreats and evolving family spaces to playful, inclusive designs and countryside-inspired landscapes.
New for this year, the APL Show Gardens showcase practical, beautifully crafted solutions to transform smaller or urban spaces.
Meanwhile, Creative Borders celebrate planting, texture, and imagination through bold displays in a small plot – offering fresh ideas and inspiration.

FREE GARDEN DESIGN WORKSHOPSWe’re pleased to share news of the Show’s new feature, Dig It!
Garden designer Nick Fryer will share practical tips on planting design, arrangements, and creating inspiring outdoor spaces offering budding gardeners the chance to learn and have a go.
Drop-in sessions will run daily at 11.00am, 12.30pm, and 2.30pm, offering plenty of opportunities to join-in and leave inspired.

Harrogate Spring Flower Show, is the first major event in the national gardening calendar, welcoming the new growing season with a spectacular celebration of the very best in horticulture.
This prestigious event features stunning show garden features, live talks and demonstrations, great garden shopping, and the biggest exhibition by florists and flower arrangers in the country.
The 2026 Harrogate Spring Flower Show returns April 23–26, 2026 at the Great Yorkshire Events Centre—and it’s set to be one of the most vibrant garden celebrations of the year.
