A new aparthotel is planned
I have just read on Insider Media that a new aparthotel is planned for development. in the heart of Harrogate, backed by £3.6m in funding from OakNorth Bank.
The project is being delivered by Countrylarge, a developer founded in 2007 by Timothy Smith. The company specialises in residential, student, hospitality, and mixed-use schemes across Yorkshire and the North of England. To date, it has completed more than £250m worth of developments and has a secured pipeline valued at around £200m.
The £3.6m loan will fund the creation of a stylish new aparthotel featuring 17 keys and 25 bedrooms, right in Harrogate’s historic town centre.
Situated directly opposite the Victoria Shopping Centre and just a short walk from the town’s bus and train stations, the development will be ideally placed to attract both leisure and business visitors.
